TWO TRAINING ROOMS - 7000 SQ FT

With 7,000 square feet of space, our “box” at the Jersey Shore  is spacious and well-organized. The unique two-room layout means that we can hold classes and training sessions simultaneously. Our facility, located in Avon, NJ,  is clean and well-maintained, and we have all the equipment you’ll need to maximize your CrossFit workout. You’ll never feel cramped because there’s plenty of room - and equipment - for all our members and NJ Crossfitters to access and use.

 

Our CrossFit classes utilize kettlebells, dumbells, barbells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, rings, and ropes, as well as full squat racks, rowing machines, and a rock climbing wall. We respect and take care of our box and equipment, just as much as we respect and take care of our members.

WORKOUTS

Our group classes are different each day, so the ‘Workout of the Day’ (WOD) is never boring. CrossFits workouts include, for example, a combination of body weight-bearing exercises, plyometrics, running, climbing, power lifting, pushing and pulling, and utilize equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, exercise balls, and plyo boxes, to name a few.
