Asbury Park Summer Games are a same sex (MM, FF) 2-person team competition hosted at Convention Hall!
There will be 4 guaranteed workouts per team with a finals workout for each division's top 5 teams.

 Divisions include RX, Scaled and Masters (40+ as of 6.24.17).

Weight can never be decreased once it has been loaded onto the bar.
