Whether you’re a beginner, or training for the CrossFit Games, CFBTS offers personal training at every level. Maybe you’ve never weight lifted before. Our coaches can help you get comfortable with the equipment, and teach you safe, proper techniques. For our more serious “firebreathers” on the competitive circuit, we can work with you on all aspects of competitive CrossFit.
